FAQ

Have something we haven't covered? Put it in the brief — we'll answer it in the reply.

Will I work with the people building it?: Yes. There are no account managers or project managers in the middle. The people you meet on the call are the people writing the code.
Do you sign NDAs?: Yes, before you share anything sensitive. We'll send our standard mutual one, or sign yours.
What if it's just an idea?: Send it anyway. Some of the best projects start as “we think there's something here.” We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth chasing yet.
How long does a project usually run?: Six to twelve weeks for an MVP. Three to six for a focused build or redesign. Discovery on its own is two weeks.
Do you work with in-house teams and agencies?: Both. We slot into existing teams the same way we run a project end to end — same craft bar, less ceremony.
Do you do retainers?: After we've shipped something together, yes. A few hours a week to keep the codebase honest and ship the things that come up.
