Services

What we make, and how it gets made.

Three lanes — often combined for a single team. We can take the whole stack or slot into yours wherever you need depth.

Web

Web app development

Production-grade web apps end-to-end. TypeScript, React, Next.js, a database under it, observable in production.

  • Greenfield product builds and zero-to-one MVPs
  • Backends, APIs, auth, payments, file pipelines
  • Design-system-grade frontends with real motion
  • Migrations off prototype stacks onto something you can scale

Mobile

Native iOS

Apps that feel like they belong on the platform. Swift and SwiftUI, with the same product-craft we bring to web.

  • Companion apps for existing web products
  • Standalone consumer apps
  • Local-first data, offline UX, watchOS / iPadOS where it earns its place
  • App Store submission, screenshots, store listing

Brand

Identity & interface

Visual systems built to live in product. Type, mark, motion, tokens — every piece designed to be wired in by an engineer, not pasted on by a marketer.

  • Identity systems: mark, type stack, palette, voice
  • Design tokens that map 1:1 onto your codebase
  • Marketing sites and product surfaces in one system
  • Brand refreshes for teams whose product has outgrown its first identity

Process

How we run a project from brief to ship.

01

Discovery

Two weeks. We learn the product, the people, the constraints. Output: a scoped plan you can act on whether we build it together or not.

02

Design

Tight loops in Figma + code. Not pixel-pushing — the design system lands in the repo as we go, so the build phase is mostly assembly.

03

Build

Weekly check-ins. Deployed staging environment from day one. We write the kind of code we'd be happy to inherit.

04

Ship

Launch playbook, hand-off documentation, and the kind of internal docs that mean you don't have to call us. We're around if you want us to be.

How we engage

Three shapes a project takes.

Most of our work is a Project. The other two exist because some teams need a sharper edge or a steadier presence.

Sprint

1–2 weeks

A focused dive: discovery, audit, or a tight, scoped fix. We go deep, you leave with a plan or a working thing.

  • Discovery + roadmap
  • Codebase / product audit
  • Prototype week
Most common

Project

6–12 weeks

A scoped build, end to end. The shape most of our work takes — fixed brief, weekly check-ins, staging from day one.

  • MVPs and zero-to-one builds
  • Redesigns and re-architectures
  • Standalone iOS or web apps

Embed

3–6 months

We sit inside your team and ship the way you ship — review, deploy, oncall if it earns it. For teams that need craft, not capacity.

  • In-team design + engineering
  • Design-system rollouts
  • Pre-launch surge

Brief, budget, timeline. We'll come back within two working days.
